1. Account Management

1.1 Registration Requirements

• Age Verification: You must be 18 years or older. Users below 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing any betting-related services.
• One Account Rule: A user may maintain only one active Mahadev Book ID. Multiple IDs created intentionally may lead to permanent account closure.
• KYC Compliance: For high-value withdrawals or suspicious activity, users may be required to provide additional verification such as Aadhaar, PAN, or proof of address.
• Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration. False details may result in forfeiture of winnings.

1.2 Security Obligations

• Users must keep their login credentials confidential. Sharing credentials with others may result in unauthorized access and financial loss.
• Two-factor authentication is recommended for enhanced security on deposits and withdrawals.
• If you detect unusual activity, you must report it to support immediately. Delayed reporting may limit our ability to assist.
• Users are responsible for maintaining a secure device environment free from malware and spyware.

2. Financial Transactions

2.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method, but standard minimums apply unless otherwise stated.
• Users must deposit using accounts or UPI IDs that belong to them. Payments made through third-party sources risk being withheld or rejected.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly. However, technical delays due to network issues may take up to 10 minutes.
• In case of double payments, users must provide proof of transaction for verification.

2.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received. Peak match days may experience slightly longer processing times.
• Large withdrawal requests may require additional verification to ensure user and system security.
• Users must complete all wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal, especially if bonus funds are used.
• Unverified or suspicious withdrawal attempts may be held temporarily for compliance checks.

3. Betting Regulations

3.1 Sports Betting

• All odds are locked at the moment you confirm your bet. Odds changes after confirmation do not affect active bets.
• A bet is considered valid only if it is recorded in the system before the betting window closes.
• Bets placed on abandoned or incomplete matches may be settled based on platform rules specific to each tournament.
• Users must review betting slip details before submission. Errors made by users cannot be reversed.

3.2 Casino Games

• Casino games operate on certified software, ensuring fairness and unbiased results. Manipulating game outcomes is prohibited.
• If a user loses connection during an ongoing round, the system will complete the round automatically.
• Users attempting to exploit loopholes, glitches, or timing delays may face immediate bans.
• Winnings from casino bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses are optional and must be requested at the time of deposit.
• Bonus rollover conditions must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Any attempt to misuse bonus offers may result in bonus removal and account restriction.
• Expired bonuses are automatically removed from user accounts without notice.

5. Restricted Conduct

• Using VPNs or proxy servers to mask location is not permitted.
• Placing bets using automated tools, scripts, bots, or external software is strictly prohibited.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting will result in immediate account termination and potential legal consequences.
• Initiating payment chargebacks is treated as fraudulent behavior and will lead to permanent bans.
• Harassment, abuse, or threats towards support staff or agents will not be tolerated.

6. Legal Provisions

6.1 Jurisdiction

All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Users agree to comply with relevant Indian laws applicable to online skill-based gaming platforms, including but not limited to:

• Indian Contract Act 1872
• Information Technology Act 2000
• Public Gambling Act 1867 (where applicable)

6.2 Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or user negligence.
• In the event of system errors or glitches, bets may be voided or recalculated based on fairness.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the user's total deposits made in the previous 30 days.
